Give. Connect. Care.
We are Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) Foundation, the fundraising partner of Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN).
With the help of community members like you, we’re shaping healthcare to meet our current and future needs.
Be part of a generational opportunity to strengthen our health network.
Support new ways to connect the nearly 1.5 million people across WRHN’s catchment area to the care they deserve.
What’s WRHN Foundation?
In April, the two KW hospitals came together as WRHN to better serve our community’s growing needs.
Now, the former hospitals’ fundraising partners have united as WRHN Foundation, bringing together two teams that are passionate about supporting care in our community in more enriching ways.
Building on legacy connections
With these mergers, our connection to the community is strengthened because our reach, depth and ability to care for every patient, in all our combined care areas, is amplified.
This is your chance to connect with your community like never before.
Quality care – close to home
We're aiming for exception. That means:
- Care that’s driven by innovation, delivered with compassion, and accessible to all.
- Care that flourishes when hospital staff have the tools, equipment, resources and support they need.

Connected in care
A man leaves WRHN after heart surgery.
A woman arrives to have her hearing restored.
A couple nestles their newborn into a car seat, bound for home after a week in the NICU.
These patients are strangers. But they’re forever connected by a commonality: care at WRHN changed their lives. And donations from our community members helped make that possible.
We don’t often realize our connections to each other. We might not always see the impact of our generosity.
But our patients feel it every day.
