Happy Birthday Leo and Sophie
Leo and Sophie were born on April 13, 2018 at WRHN @ Midtown (formerly Grand River Hospital), over 8 weeks before their due date.
Both Leo and Sophie spent nearly 6 weeks in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) getting stronger, growing, and learning how to eat.
We are so grateful for the care Leo and Sophie received when they were born. Today, they are healthy, active, creative, strong-willed, and kind almost 8-year-olds!

In honour of their 8th birthday, Leo and Sophie are fundraising to help the NICU care for other babies who need a little extra help when they’re born.
Your donation will be directed to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN), which cares for over 850 babies per year.
