WRHN named one of Top 100 hospitals in Canada: Newsweek

Hospital News
Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) has been named one of the Top 100 hospitals in Canada in a rating conducted by Newsweek – a successful achievement made possible in part by donors across this community.
One thing to remember about healthcare funding in Ontario: the government funds the shell, but community investment brings it to life.
The Ministry of Health takes care of operational costs within a hospital (things like staff salaries and keeping the lights on), while donor generosity secures the medical tools, technology, equipment, and innovation our community relies on when they need care.
WRHN Foundation thanks our community for supporting local healthcare and investing in the innovation and excellence that helped WRHN achieve its Top 100 status.
